Fortinet registration unreachable

I have a fortinet 100D.  no matter what i do, i cant get it to see the registration.

I have it set up
Wan1 = Public IP
DNS = Google dns,

using google DNS on dhcp also

Thats it, i can get on the internet and browse, but for some reason i cant get it to see their registration server.  I have registered it using their website, but i cant get it on the router.

I tried using the 53 and then switched it to 8888.  It says i have a problem with dns?

I only have one policy;

source interface/zone = internal
Source address = all
Destination Interface/zone = wan1
Destination address = all
schedule= always
service = any
action = accept

enable NAT is checked and using Use Destination Interface address

Please let me know what i am missing....

thanks in advance.

Usually it takes 24-48 hours to reflect on your device. Refer the following link to troubleshoot the connectivity issue, http://kb.fortinet.com/kb/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=100129

If you still have issues paste the debug results here.

Good Luck!
