SSRS 2008 Security

I have been asked to setup security for a range of SSRS reports. These reports are going to be broken down into these groups:
Windows Authentication is going to be used but I need to limit access to each group of reports. My thoughts were to setup up these groups in active directory and then drop domain users into their groups. I would prefer people who are not a member of a group to not even see the report options for the other groups. What is the proper way to set up security in SSRS 2008 for this type of grouping?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Using Report Manager I would create a folder for each group.  Then set security on that folder by only giving the specific group access.
