Windows 2012 WDS trouble

When I try to install image from Windows 2012 WDS I get the following:

wdsnbp started using dhcp referral.
Contacting server 192.168.3.211 (Gateway 0.0.0.0)
No response from Windows Deployment services server
Press F12 for network boot

I was deploying images to Dell Optiplex computers. I got this message on most of the computers (15 computers). But after I reset the BIOS in the computers everything went right.

But now I am trying to install on some other computer, Gigabyta,Asus etc. and I get this error message now on then all event after I reset they BIOS.

Something like File: \Boot\BCD and some more text and then ends
I will check that better when I get back to work tomorrow.

I think the boot.wim came from Windows 2012 server

I have both 32 and 64 bit boot.wim files.
I still get "no response from windows deployment services server"
on some computers

DHCP is found, an IP Address is assigned, then I get the following:

CLIENT IP: 192.168.3.x (and MASK, DHCP IP, and GATEWAY IP all correct)

Downloaded WDSNBP from 192.168.3.x

WDSNBP started using DHCP Referral.
Contacting Server: 192.168.3.x (Gateway 0.0.0.0)..
No response from Windows Deployment Services Server
Launching pxeboot.com....

When everyting works on the other computers, the PBX displays  Architecture: x64 or x86 before WDSNBP started using DHCP Referral.

Now I have added NIC drivers to both boot.wim (x86 and x64) and still no luck

Found drivers an now it works.
But when booting up computer it repeats this from 4 to maybe 10 times and then start the setup.

Downloaded WDSNBP from 192.168.3.x

First try,
WDSNBP started using DHCP Referral.
Contacting Server: 192.168.3.x (Gateway 0.0.0.0)..

Next try,
WDSNBP started using DHCP Referral.
Contacting Server: 192.168.3.x (Gateway MyServername)..

And next 2 to 10 times the same result.

I did set up the new 2012R2 server and the WDS is smoother now except for my old Dell computers. Everythings is ok until the computers starts applying the features, then it stops with some unspecified error. The Asus,Gigabyte and new Dells has no problems now.

lack of drivers was making the problem. The error messages from Windows should be better.
