"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,
if you want to use Office Web Apps then it will not work. Office Web Apps cannot be installed on the same box as SharePoint.
SharePoint and Exchange can be installed on the same machine but it is NOT recommended and needs a lot of tweaks to get it up and running:

If you have Windows Server standard license you can install 2 additional virtual instances:

Virtualization is your best option.  Install Windows on the server, add Hyper-V role and then install two additional Servers as virtual.  Dedicate one for SharePoint and one for Exchange.

Just to clarify here, you have one licence for Windows 2012, but that allows you to have TWO virtual machines per host. Therefore you can split the roles up in to two seperate servers.
