Adding third member to exchange 2013 DAG

I'm currently running exchange 2013 in a 2 member DAG and 1 witness server.  I am converting the one exchange server from xenserver to VMWare.  To do this I want to add a third member to the DAG and then remove the exchange server I'm converting from the DAG.  What is the best way to do this since adding the third member with the witness server will lose the quorum?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

DAGs with an even number of members use the failover cluster's Node and File Share Majority quorum mode, which employs an external witness server that acts as a tie-breaker.

DAGs with an odd number of members use the failover cluster's Node Majority quorum mode. In this mode, each member gets a vote, and each member's local system disk is used to store the cluster quorum data.
