error to Mysql database

I am getting this error when I try to upload to my MySQL database:
This has work before, I guess it has something to do with the upgrade in MySQL from 4 to 5.

SQL query:

CREATE TABLE categories_minimal_order (
  categories_id int(11) NOT NULL default '0',
  categories_minimal_order int(11) NOT NULL default '0'
CREATE TABLE manufacturers_minimal_order (
  manufacturers_id int(11) NOT NULL default '0',
  manufacturers_minimal_order int(11) NOT NULL default '0'

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'TYPE=MyISAM' at line 4

Current syntax is "ENGINE = MyISAM".  http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/create-table.html
