arrow shortcut

When i save a webpage by going to file-save as-web archive, single file(*.mht) i see previously saved saved web sites in that folder with an arrow on the bottom left hand side of the icon. How can i get rid of the arrow on all previously saved websites and future ones as well?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

basemkhawaja64 --Can you post a screenshot? What folder has the websites with the arrow at the bottom left of the icon?   I do not see what you seem to see.
Is this the normal Shortcut arrow?
This may help you remove the arrow

That looks like the standard Shortcut arrow to me.
It just means that the file is a shortcut and not a download of the actual website.  That might help prevent a deletion of the actual website and also saves room.

However, if you still want to get rid of the arrows, the site mentioned above should do it
