Lync Online 2013/Outlook 2010 meeting items error

Hello! I just got licensing for Lync Online 2013. I can work with it just fine, but the Outlook plugin in my Outlook 2010 is giving me an error when I try and schedule a new Lync meeting:

You cannot schedule the online meeting because you are not UC enabled or there may be issues with your communication server account. Make sure you are signed into the same account you use for Microsoft Outlook. If the problem continues please contact your support team.

I have been told that this won't work if I host my own Exchange server while using Lync Online. Live Meeting didn't make this a problem, so is it true that I can't create these Outlook meetings because of this?

That is an issue if using 2 separate accounts like you signed into link using Name1 and the username for outlook is Name2.  Or the domain are not identical.
