mySQL Replication Technology

I am looking at replicating mySQL schemas and within them highly transactional tables with integrity constraints.

I have used MSSQL and Oracle replication technologies.

I am looking for some answers to my queries..
1. Can mySQL do full synchronous replication
2. Is there other way than transaction log based replication
3. Is multi master or multi site replication possible?
4. How does it handle conflict resolution
5. Can I replicate tables & data to MS SQL or to Oracle database
