"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you using Adobe Reader to view PDF files?
If so, then open task manager and check for a process called acrord32info.exe. End the process and try opening the PDF files. if this is not the case then let me know.

If the OS crash because of Application best solution is to uninstall /re-install the application .
First disable all Microsoft office services and pdf reader and writer services from startup and check it using any other application causes it or not.

If you don't prefer above option then best will be do get complete memory dump ,let it be analyses so that we can pin point whether its an issue with common sharing files or dlls or its an specific application related files so that you may contact application vendor for an updated files.

There are various KB article published "How to configure complete memory dump" , best would be.
Step 1 . : Set page file size as 1.5 times that of total RAM . i.e if you have 4GB RAM , set page file as 6GB i.e 6144MB both min and max .

Step 2. : Go to registry location HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl  ,set the value of key "CrashDumpEnabled" to 1 .

Reboot the Machine. Next time if it bugchecks it will generate complete memory dump.

Is it possible to collect all the .dmp files and upload after compressing it .
As last 2 dump indicates 0x50 that there is PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA while writing the data on it. Non-paged area is a part of kernel so even kernel dump will also give us overview of causing agent. But at present I would suggest to upload the mini dump.

Previous 2 dump states that the pool header is corrupt. However most probably we need to perform few things :-

1. Run hardware diagnostics.
2. Run memory test.
3. Run checkdsk.
4. Run system file checker for integrity issues if any.
5. If you have added or made any application changes after which you started facing the issue ,you must revert the changes and check if it fixes the issue.
