Blackberry Q10 - inconsistent calendar update/sync with Exchange

I have a user who has a new AT&T Blackberry Q10; latest OS and updates from Blackberry are installed and she is connected to her Exchange mailbox through ActiveSync on the device.

Her calendar does not get updated consistently - her exec assistant is a delegate and manages her calendar in her Exchange mailbox; some changes he makes to meetings (deletes, changes to date and / or time) are reflected on the BB correctly, others never make it. We've confirmed good cellular coverage and in tests, new meetings made in Outlook or on the BB sync both ways.

Open to any suggestions or ideas at this point; most other Q10s in our environment seem to be working normally.
