I can't login by FTP to a site that is currently being hosted as a web site on IIS on Windows 2008. The error that I get is<br />

421 Permission denied to home directory.<br />
Error: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Could not connect to server<br />

I can login to another folder (the old version of the web site) without any problems. What kind of security on a folder would prevent FTP from accessing it?<br />

Permission Denied to Directory on FTP

IIS is Internet Information Services, the web server included with Windows Server operating systems.
