"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I couldn't download your doc. But if this is Access 2007+ I assume that you refer to the ribbon. Try minimizing the ribbon (right click on it and select minimize).

Hi Kelvin:

Yes, i refer to the ribbon. Mine is Access 2003, there`s no option to choose to minimize.

Thank you!

OK, they're not ribbons, but toolbars.

I don't have a copy of Access 2003 running to assist sorry. Have you access to a copy of 2010 (or 2007). Open it in there and minimize the ribbon, move the table and save. Then reopen in 2003.

Sorry, cap1, I used the Shipping Tool to paste the image to Word, just tried again, seemed like it didn`t work. However, Kelvin has directed me to work around it, the view is perfect now.

Thank you again, Kelvin and cap1!
