Can Silverlight Embeded Webbrowser control in it application

For Silverlight Not Out of Browser Mode.
Can I embeded a web page in it application?
I already have a webpage that i which to be added inside Silverlight application, so it become the same application and not a link to new browser page.

Silverlight is already embedded in Browser, why you want another web browser inside ? Maybe you can use silverlight app as a small control in the page...

I want to have some data show as part of a full desktop like silverlight application, have to open another browser just make it difficult to observe data.

The out of browser solution do not work for me. Are there normal frame browser for silverlight application?
