how to profile huge qureies/batches

when using profiler, i am getting this by-design error/limitation:
https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/feedback/details/304225/msft-edw-profiler-displays-trace-skipped-records-for-large-530kb-batch

how then can be profile when huge batches/queries are being run, when depending on profiler tool? (this is in sql server 2005 or 2008)

Also there is this free tool from Redgate that keeps a collection of useful queries to get information from SQL server, SQL Script Manager:

http://www.red-gate.com/products/dba/sql-scripts-manager/

You can run the queries against any serve directly from the tool or you can copy and paste them in Management Studio.
