Hi an option is to add another column in your data with a vlookup to a table which matches your period to a quarter, like attached

this might work

what about grouping months together and then labeling it? Saw it in a video lesson last night.

but I am not sure I can group more that 1 3 month period, can I?
Sure you can group months using the grouping function of the pivot table, and then you can manually relocate the quarter to suit the layout you want but it won't allow you to specify which months go in which quarter, since it is based on standard US calendar year fiscal periods. So it is better to customise.
