I have a bootable USB drive and i want to create a bootable ISO file
because we are useing a free esxi server

USB disks are not supported as VMFS datastores in VMware vSphere ESXi 5.1, you could use an eSATA External Disk, and format as a VMFS datastore, to store virtual machines.

I want install in virtual machine on vmware so i want to convert this bootable usb disk to a iso file

So you want to use a BOOTABLE OS and install on VMware vSphere.
