Any way to create bootable USB to Bootable ISO

I have a bootable USB drive and i want to create a bootable ISO file
 because we are useing a free esxi server

 Any option to booting a virtual machine from Usb disk in VMware esxi 5.1 (free Hyperviser)

You can use Universal USB Install here

or you can use unewbootin here

to do this with a VM you will need to attach the USB to the machine first and make sure your boot order on your virtual BIOs is set to boot from USB

I think you want it the other way around, you can try this:

USB disks are not supported as VMFS datastores in VMware vSphere ESXi 5.1, you could use an eSATA External Disk, and format as a VMFS datastore, to store virtual machines.

That is... we have a bootable usb drive  for a windows 8 (microsoft CIE image)  so

I want install in virtual machine on vmware so i want to convert this bootable usb disk to a iso file  
how to  boot from same bootable usb disk  in a virtual machine on vmware esxi 5.1 free edition
So you want to use a BOOTABLE OS and install on VMware vSphere.
