An MHT is a webpage. Do you really need to convert that to a video?<br />

You can open an MHT in PowerPoint. (Not sure why PPT is listed in the zones here, maybe this is why?) Use File | Open and in the file type dropdown on the right of the dialog, choose All Files or All Web Pages. Navigate to the MHT and open it.<br />

Then in PPT, use File |Save and Send | Create a Video.<br />
