Dynamics CRM tracking error

We have an ongoing issue with Dynamics CRM and tracking.

Intermittently when tracking we get the following -

An unknown error occurred while synchronizing data to Outlook.Item Name=XXXXXX

This can be reproduced on multiple machines and has happened across V3, V4 and 2011. We're currently running 2011 UR13.

The machines are well spec'd with minium 6GB of Ram and quadcore Xeons. I've tried this on both x86 and x64 versions of office and the errors still occur.

Hopefully someone else has seen this and resolved it.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi eeps,

Can you please turn on tracing on one of the machine and post the trace here.
Please do turn it off once you have collected log with errors.

Also Please scrub your trace logs for any sensitive information.

Tracing log attached, just replicated the issue at 15:07 - tracking an item in the users sent folder. Tried 5 or 10 times, then tried another email that worked, then tried the first email again and it tracked.
