The Server is unavailable

Problem:
A problem has been discovered where we are not able to  open Outlook  for users within the Exchange 2010 environment.
Symptoms:
The user has a profile already created there no problems however if you try to create a new profile the following error is displayed.
The auto discover finds the CAS Array but when you open the outlook client you get server not available error
I have two Exchange 2010 servers with MBX,HT, CAS There is no NLB but there is a CAS Array

This happens when you configure a new (automatic) Outlook profile. Can you create a new manual Outlook profile?

It the same issue. the server name is pointing to the Cas Array name  should the  array IP point to the server IP in dns per we donot have NLB ?
Sorry but you didn't answer my question.
Can you create a new manual Outlook profile? If yes, which server name do you specify when creating the profile?
not i can not  creat the manula profile
OK. What server is specified on a working profile? Use that same server when creating a new manual profile.
I get an error that states the timelimit for loogingonwasreached while wating for system resoures.try agian

Where are your mailbox db's are pointing. If they are not pointing to CAS array name, then you need to set it to cas array name. new mailbox db's will get this setting automatically. To test it you can create new db and create new mailbox or move current mailbox to new db and connect. let me know the result.
when i put the server name in it resolve to the cas array name
The manual profile fails even if you specify mit-mail01 as server?
the issue is the same with the new database
I put the name of the mail server in the box  and then the usernames it resolves the user name and the server name resolves to the CAZ array name  and completes the setup. then i try to open the outlook profile  and get an error cannot open your defaultEmail folders withyour outlook data file.ost
Remove cache mode and try again. What about via OWA?
owa Is working fine. i have the same issue with out cache mode
then it is local client issue. try from another machine.
On a different machine  you get an outlook error that attempt to logon to the exchange server failed

click on client tab, download the tool on client machine and run it.
