Keeping up with contractors, free product needed

My wife and I hire contractors at our home on a one-off basis and some we have used repeatedly.

I'd like for both my wife and I to both be able to keep up with their time whether on the phone or internet instead of just one of us having access to the data, and print out a log for each contractor to see periodically.

Try this Android app for time keeping:

Timesheet allows you to record of your work with a push of a button. You can add breaks, expenses and notes and requires Android 2.2 and up.

- Timetracking
- Create/Manage projects
- Assign tasks to projects
- Add Tags, Breaks, Expenses and Notes
- Export tasks to Excel (XLS, CSV)
- Widget
- Location-Tracking
- Automatic Backup / Restore
- Dropbox embedded
Where is the time stored?

Why does only one of you have access?

We are using an iPhone app called "Hours Keeper Pro", which is great.  However, there is no version for the Android so I can't help her keep up and I must ask her how much to pay each time. There is also no web interface which would be useful also.
