When compiling the package I'm getting the following error.

Hope it's not a production system, because it sounds like a table or view name got changed.  If you'll post the code section that includes the full statement (referenced in line 31) we should be able to help further.

There are a number of things which can cause that. An object was dropped but not the synonym, a user was dropped but not synonyms referencing that user's objects, a synonym was created on an invalid object, privileges on the underlying object were lost, and others. What in your package is referencing a synonym (i.e. what kind of object)?

It is also possible that underlying table/view objects could have been renamed and the synonym is pointing to the same old name.
