Administrative Templates

I am setting up a new domain controller on a Windows 2008 R2 server. I have users that use both Office 2010 and Office 2013. I installed both templates but I keep getting the following error message which I will attach as a png file. How do I correct this problem.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would recommend deleting both set of templates from sysvol and downloading them from MS website again. Looks like the office 2013 one might be corrupt.

I agree with Raj-GT..

Before you download the Office Templates again would try to create another test policy to make sure the error does not occur with other default templates..

If the error still occurs, backup you central store and recopy the PolicyDefinations folder again from a Windows 7 / 2008 R2 server
