There is no way to 'ensure' that you can get that domain name.  I believe that Wild West Domains is a Godaddy company and right now they own that domain name.  You just have to go to Godaddy and see what they want for it and put in a bid for it.

After redemption it goes to bidding.   You almost have to use a bidding service. Go daddy has a service for this, I think you have to pay a yearly fee.   I scored a good domain name this way by placing a last minute bid at the right time.  So just like ebay, you have to watch the bid.
i agree with padas
you can back order and they will notify you once its available
they do lock the domains for sometime for business purposes
once it left it for a while and it was available after 6 months :)
