Redirect from Exchange 2010 to Office 365

We are moving over to Office 365, but we still have an Exchange 2010 server.  We will need it as a relay for awhile.  Right now we have migrated mailboxes over to Office 365, but it keeps an entry of "remote mailbox" on the Exchange server so it knows where to send the mail to.

For new accounts that I create, is there any way to have the server redirect email to our Office 365 tenant when the user is not found on the Exchange server?

Since no one has replied, I assume this is the only way it can be done.
