Redirect from Exchange 2010 to Office 365

We are moving over to Office 365, but we still have an Exchange 2010 server.  We will need it as a relay for awhile.  Right now we have migrated mailboxes over to Office 365, but it keeps an entry of "remote mailbox" on the Exchange server so it knows where to send the mail to.

For new accounts that I create, is there any way to have the server redirect email to our Office 365 tenant when the user is not found on the Exchange server?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I can't see a way to do this so I think I need to create the new users as 'New Mail Users' in Mail Contacts in the EMC and set their external email address.  I tested it and it does work, I just wish I could add one rule instead of adding this for 20 or more new users.
