Exchange 2010, Database Availability Group Membership error adding members

Setup a new DAG, received this error trying to add two members.  Each Mailbox server has two interfaces, a primary (DHCP) on the Server VLAN and a Secondary (Static) on the cluster VLAN.  Not sure what I'm missing here....

Do you have any members of the DAG at present?
Did you create the computer account beforehand, or have you allowed Exchange to do it?
Anything changed from the default configuration?

In a lot of cases, removing the computer account and then recreating the DAG will resolve the issue. Allow time for replication of the AD change.

Check the settings mentioned here are correct in your environment and try to add the member again

Sembee2 -
No, no other member in the DAG yet.

The computer account was created the first time I tried to create the Dag, then saw in one error about disabling the account, tried that (so to answer properly exchange did it)

Default config with creating a DAG?  No..

I will try that, deleting the account all together , the DAG, and then starting fresh..   I was reluctant to delete it...

What does the log say about the error ? Don't post the entire log - no one has time to wade through the 100s of lines it creates.

Are you using THE administrator account or another? Do you operate in a secure network where there is a chance the permissions aren't correct?

I found this error,

[2013-09-18T17:12:23] DumpClusterTopology: Failed opening with Microsoft.Exchange.Cluster.Replay.AmGetFqdnFailedNotFoundException: An Active Manager operation failed with a transient error. Please retry the operation. Error: The fully qualified domain name for node 'DAG01' could not be found.

I also found this article about pre-stagging the cluster name object - http://blogs.technet.com/b/justin_gao/archive/2012/12/30/you-need-to-know-pre-stage-cluster-name-object-when-your-create-exchange-server-2013-dag.aspx

I ran a custom query search in AD - (|(name=DAG01)(samaccountname=DAG01))
and found an object named DAG01 from a prior Exchange installation I suppose. Removed that object.  Now I'm getting another error... working through that now..

I solved the issue... It's a know issue installing Exchange 2010 on Server 2012.  See the below article on how to Pre-Stage the CNO (Cluster Name Object) in AD for a DAG
