UL dropdown menu intermittently fails on ONE page

OY. This is driving me nuts. I know I'm hacking this together, but this still seems weird...

So, here's the page with issues:
http://sullivanandco.com/wr-test/the-wr-blog/

The two menu items with drop-downs ("Who We Are" and "Insights and News") will occasionally close when you roll off the menu onto the drop-down, as if there's a gap. But not always. And on EVERY OTHER PAGE, they're fine.

...any ideas? THANKS!

PS -- yes, I'm using a homemade custom WP theme. But it still seems like if I broke something, I'd have broken EVERY page...

Dewmec, you're a genius indeed! That did it. And no, I have no idea why I thought that div needed to be moved up at some point, but at least I commented it!

So thanks very much!

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a language used for describing the look and formatting of a document written in a markup language. Usually used to change web pages and user interfaces written in HTML, it can also be applied to any kind of XML document.
