What application are you using that makes you ask this question?  I ask because some applications, especially some web browsers, keep their own certificate storage.

here is the certification path of Google Drive's site.

Google Drive's Certification Path
as shown above, you just need to open IE's certification manager to check if the issuers are all trusted by your computer.

you may also simply visit https://drive.google.com/ then click the lock icon in the address bar to get the details.
