Hi,
Thanks for your helps

I followed the above given link

http://prajwaldesai.com/how-to-configure-a-disclaimer-in-exchange-2010/

The disclaimer was appending each time when we send an email. To avoid that edit the transport rule that I have created for email disclaimer, add an exception “except when the subject field or message body matches.

When test1 sends email to test2 the disclaimer is added but when test2 reply back to test1 the disclaimer is not added.

Please any help.

Thanks

Problems using Powershell and Active Directory?

Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.  If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else. For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why

you configured the rule to add the disclaimer to be added one time only, so it is either added everytime or one time only, how do you want to configure it ?!

If you want your disclaimer to show at the top of the e-mail then simply click on 'append' in the rule dialog and change it to 'prepend'. Doing this together with the exception 'except when the subject field or message header contains specific words' should give you the desired effect.

I am not sure if I am getting this, but in the rule dialog you can just click on the disclaimer link to edit the text.
