Hi,
Thanks for your helps

I followed the above given link

http://prajwaldesai.com/how-to-configure-a-disclaimer-in-exchange-2010/

The disclaimer was appending each time when we send an email. To avoid that edit the transport rule that I have created for email disclaimer, add an exception “except when the subject field or message body matches.

When test1 sends email to test2 the disclaimer is added but when test2 reply back to test1 the disclaimer is not added.

Please any help.

Thanks
Busbar

you configured the rule to add the disclaimer to be added one time only, so it is either added everytime or one time only, how do you want to configure it ?!

Hi Raj-GT,

That's acceptable.

But I need to customize  the text. How it can be ?

Thanks

I am not sure if I am getting this, but in the rule dialog you can just click on the disclaimer link to edit the text.
