Running a starter script on each server that run a specific .exe and then send to a central repository

What I am looking to do is setup a startup script on each server to run a .exe at a specific time and then send each shred out of found discrepancies to a centralized repository on the domain with the folder indicating the folder from the server or some indication of the contents of that folder.

i.e, Central Repository: Netapps shared folder:  s:/Server Scans
                                                                           s:/Server Scan/DC-01
                                                                                                 /DC-02
                                                                                                 /EXCH-01 etc

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Maybe i could simply add this to the startup script then have robocopy in a batch file move to centralized location.  Any suggestions??

I reviewed the link, I am aware that it can be setup via GPO but i want it on a timer like every friday to execute this .exe and send result of output folder to a central repository.

however when using the GPO you will have to run it using .zap or .msi in which i do have for these files or covert ability.  But i would like to have this exe ran and then create a batch file from the startup script to move the results to a central repository on our network share
