Exchange 2010 install with a 2003 exchange

I created a new Windows 2008 standard R2 server and applied all upgrades. I then performed all the prerequiaite steps to install Exchange on it.
The install fails with error: error generated when "$error,Clear(): set-local permissions" was run: the process does not possess the 'sesecuritytypePrivlege ' privilege which is required for this operation

Any ideas..
Thanks in advance

The problem is caused by one GPO, the specific setting is:

Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment\Manage auditing and security log

As described in: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc957161.aspx

Basically, you have two options to solve this:
•Add the account that you are using to install the SP2 in this policy definition
ʉۢTemporarily move the computer account of Exchange Server to an OU that has GPO inheritance blocked, while you install the SP2.

Could you please try to "Run As Administrator"?

I created a new 2008 server and installed exchange with no issues
