No text in body of emails

Hi Guys/Ladies

Server 2011 running Exchange. Client software Outlook 2011.

Very random issue.  The body of my clients emails are showing up blank. There was text in some of these emails this morning however after a server restart just installing another NIC. The same emails now have no text.

I have also checked the OWA and same issue which would lead me to think this is an exchange issue. Which makes me very nervous.

The iphone on this account does have text in the body of these emails however I suspect it just because it is saved locally on the phone.

HELP! I am googling at the moment however this is very random.

Thank you.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

So I sent my self a new message from the phone. Text was fine in OWA.
I opened the message on the local machine in outlook text has vanished.

I go back to OWA no text.

I removed AVG and the problem is resolved. However the messages that have been damaged are gone and don't seem to be coming back WTF.

I hate antivirus programs

You mentioned something about installing another nic which forced a reboot.   Are you replacing the original nic...or truly adding a second NIC as that's not supported with SBS 2011.

Have you contacted AVG about this?

I would also run the fix my network wizard from the SBS console
