change email addresses in exchange 2010
Hi Experts,
we are using a cluster of exchange 2010.
Now each user has an own email address like: abc@email.de
We want to change this in the future for each user. Lets say each user is also reachable by another email like: surname.lastname@email.de
I know I can create a new email for each user and add it to his account.
But when we want to use the new structure with surname.lastname@email.de , is there a quick way to change it ?

If you are going to use the new one for both internal and external communications, then you can make it primary.

Just when I understand correctly, when I create a new policy with my settings, the users are still reachable by the old email addresses right ?
