Try restoring system to a previous date remove from domain. Then, computer appears to be joined to domain. Without network, try remove from domain again and accept all warning. Then, connect to network and try rejoin.
I'm interested to know what was the original error that you got when you try to login to the computer with a domain account.

Can you check to ensure that the "workstation" service is started and that it is set to automatic.

Otherwise you might need to remove the NIC and install it to update the binding and the TCPIP stack.
