The default ActiveSync policy is automatically assigned to all new mailbox users..

Yes, i know.  We have disabled AS on the users accounts.

I think the default policy has been changed, so would like to default it if possible, or know the settings..?
AFIK there is no command where you can restore the defaults to a ActiveSync policy. You need to revert the policy settings manually. You may create a new ActiveSync policy with all default options. And then, make the changes to default policy by referring the new policy settings or mark the new policy as default policy...
