2003 domain dsquery command doesn't display anything

Hi all,

Ok, been asked to retrieve a list of groups nested into about 20 parent groups in a 2003 AD domain. When i run dsquery group "DN" i get nothing displayed, just a blinking cursor. Even when i run dsquery group "ou=domain controllers, DC=mydomain.com" It runs, no errors are reported but i dont get anything displayed. Even if i pipe the results into a text file the file is blank.

Am i doing something daft? I'm logged onto a DC as a domain administrator.

Many thanks

Hi, same thing. No errors just back top the c:\ prompt. Also piped to text file and that is blank. Any ideas?. Thanks for your help.

are you sure about the correct group name?
