Itunes wont start

Never had an issue with this program on win7 PC. The task manager will have itunes.exe and ituneshelper.exe started. I close process and restart... same thing. even when I restart PC.
Downloaded latest version and installed. It asked if I wanted to do repair so I did. Really not gaining any ground on the problem. Should I just uninstall ? as long as I still have my music I will do it but cant imagine it will remove it though.

Uninstalling iTunes should not remove your music or files, but back them up to be sure.

Then (from various Apple support threads) uninstall in this order:

iTunes
Quick Time
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support

Now restart the computer and install the latest version of iTunes.

Does iTunes work now?

Copy your music directory, just to be safe. Uninstall iTunes using Revo Uninstaller (free). Download the correct version of iTunes (32 bit/64 bit). Reinstall.
You might wish to try the Apple method first. Revo does not play nicely with ALL software.

I have latest version of itunes. Very slow to come up maybe 10 to 15 minutes. The devices are very slow to be detected and to sync on this PC.
iTunes may be downloading IOS7.0.2 which is very slow to download.

Do I take it now tha iTunes is working now?
