Can I automate the marking of a Works database record with VB script?

I still prefer to use Microsoft Works databases for some applications, while Microsoft Office Access is used for other purposes.  I wonder if there is a way to use a VB Script to mark records in a Works database, if the value in a specified field meets certain criteria?
If so, can you provide code to mark a record if the value in a field named "Days to Arrival" is <60, and unmark it if the value in that field is "N/A"?

Thank you for your comment.  The database which I am working with contains information about our clients which I cannot post, nor can I upload a blank database because the file extension is not accepted by Experts Exchange.  So I posted a blank database at www.mauitradewinds.com/Experts    I hope this will be helpful.   Marking a record consists of placing a tick in the left-hand column.

OK, thank you for checking that.   Right now, it isn't worth switching to Access to gain that feature.
