Excel Automation problem

I have a Delphi project that uses Excel automation, the application correctly save the changes if a workbook is modified with some content but fails to save the changes if the user only changes the font of some of the content.  I am using the OnSheetChange event to determine editing.

Thanks for your help

Try to save file always (even if there is no detected changes - but try to change font as you do before). Is then font changes saved?
If yes, then you should use another event to detct changes...

Sorry for the confusion. My problem is that I am currently relying on the Onworkbookchange event and it is not triggered if the user only makes a font change to the workbook.  Is there another flag I can be looking for that would indicate this type of change.

Check Saved property of workbook and if it is not then you need to save:
