excell 2010 protected view

When I tried to open a  excell document from one of our internal web site(sql reporting services), there is a pop up message in excell telling me that according to the protected view settings the document is blocked. If i disable the option for protected settings I can open document without a problem. Is is possible to configure to trust our internal web sites for opening files in excell?
Just to note that I added site to trusted sites in IE options and no changes.
