Excell 2013 time format and count function

Say pls see attached. Date Time value is 2013-07-24 09:13:01.307000000

Any idea what the .307000000 represents?
How can we display without this appendage?

The numbers after the dot are the prceision in fractions of a second for the data you have.

To fix it...
highlight the column.
use Data > text to columns
click next > next > select Date (DMY) > next
Then with the column highlighted format the column as custom > "dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm"

This should do it.
