My domain is at 1and1 , they don't support SPF / TXT records so I wonder if I can just set it up on my sbs 2008 server in the office.

This kind of mesure is configured on DNS server. If your DNS server not let you add txt record you can not add this anyway.

hi netballi ,

a good read,

I am still lost.

my domian is external to the server and the dns's /MX & A are pointed to the IP (in the office) from 1and1 , 1and1 do not use spf so Iam unable to create an SPF at 1and1.

I see that sbs 2008 can create an SPF , so how do i get the internet to look at the server for the domain / spf when the domain is on 1and1 hosting .  if that make sence ?
