I have a problem of coherence with my configuration about:
-      untagged 17-20 on vlan 40 with pc connect in these ports
-      tagged 17,20 on vlan 51

There is no reason that tagged tagged 17,20 on vlan 51, how to fix the problem as there is not tagged 17,20 on vlan 51 ?
Thanks,
Regard,
Simlip

hi,

sorry, it seems like i am not able to understand your problem.

could you please clarify yourself as to what your issue is with port 17,and 20?

are you saying that port 17 and 20 needs to be untagged on vlan51?

if 17 and 20 are untagged on vlan40 then of course they need to be tagged on any other vlans(in this case 51)  it is not possible to have the same ports tagged in 2 vlans

if these ports NEED to be in 2 VLANs then i think these ports need to be in hybrid state.

Switches / Hubs
Switches / Hubs

A switch is a device that filters and forwards packets of data between LAN segments. Switches operate at the data link layer or the network layer of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) Reference Model and therefore support any packet protocol. LANs that use switches to join segments are called switched LANs or, in the case of Ethernet networks, switched Ethernet LANs. A hub is a connection point for devices in a network. Hubs are commonly used to connect segments of a LAN. A hub contains multiple ports; when a packet arrives at one port, it is copied to the other ports so that all segments of the LAN can see all packets.
