Outlook for Mac 2011 Repeatedly Loses Connection to Exchange Server

Hi everyone, my client has a Macbook Pro with Microsoft Office 2011 loaded on it.
My client logs a call every couple of days confirming that he has lost connectivity to the exchange server, on the bottom right hand corner it states Not connected to [SERVER].

I've checked the below forum out but with no real assistance :


please help.....

Check if they are using multiple networks (eg cable connection AND wireless in use)
It may be that the Mac is trying to access exchagne via the other connection.
