Thanks for the input... Nothing was working. I tested on a another new laptop (different manufacturer) but running windows 7 64 bit also fully updated and it worked fine. Out of frustration I reverted back to a restore point from Saturday. So far that has worked and the user is able to remote in.

Hi ... we have 2x SMB version installed in our network. I recently have added a 64 bit Windows 7 laptop and installed the 2x client. I thought it was working but come to find that once it launches an application the program stops working with the message &quot;TSClient Application has stopped working.&quot; The laptop has all the latest updates and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client. Any ideas?
