HP MFP Firmware Update

Is there a way to see when a HP LaserJet M4555 MFP firmware upgrade was installed? Trying to get people to stop pointing fingers at a service window that we had open where no printers were upgraded.

Either via the Web GUI or the HP WebJect Direct Server?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

At the printer - print a Configuration Page. It will show the installed firmware version.

Via Web GUI (if you want to print a copy)

Identify the product IP address or host name:
a.From the Home screen on the product control panel touch the Administration button.
b. Open the Reports menu.
c. Open the Configuration Page menu, and touch the Print button

The Configuration Page on the EWS also shows the installed firmware version in a browser window.

See p 249 of the Enterprise manual
