Avoiding penalty for duplicate page content

I'm trying out a tool called SEO Profiler, and that tool has compiled a report on my website, www.mauitradewinds.com   To my surprise, it reports an "error" in the form of "duplicate page content", which could result in a ranking penalty by Google.  A screenshot is attached.  I don't know how to resolve this.  There is no duplicate page on my server -- only index.htm -- which is the main page.  Any suggestions?

www.mauitradewinds.com and www.mauitradewinds.com/index.html are two different pages.  You probably have a link in your site to  www.mauitradewinds.com/index.html.

It might be a good idea for you to post a link to your site in the bug finder (see top right navigation) and ask for general seo and user experience tips.

With a small site, I think content and  usability can sometimes out trump minor technical items like duplicate content.
As well as what padas has said mysite.com and www.mysite.com are considered separate domains and as such would be seen as duplicated content. So make sure mysite.com has a 301 redirect to the www version of the site or vice versa
