Cannot access some folder in C folder

Hello there,

I cannot access some of my folders. I am admin of my system. is it some spyware/adware thingy.please help . I have attached a screenshot.

That's normal in Windows 7. If you look at the security settings for these locked folders, you can see that there is a DENY for Everyone in place. In the order of the ACLs a DENY will always be the first applied right.

just to add...this is by design
that folder is a junction point; it isn't the real folder

You do not have permission to access the folder. If you want to access the folder you can take the ownership of those folder.
