You would need to check the Events and Tasks, in vCenter Server. Select the Events and Tasks Tab, and check through the list.

Are you using vCenter Server?

You would need to check the vCenter database, to see in the event was recorded.

A Create Scheduled Task is reported in the Tasks list.

this may help you.....

This powercli script, can Export Events using a given timeframe

PowerCLI C:\log> Get-VIEvent -Start 19/11/2012 -Finish 30/11/2012 | Export-Csv "events.csv" -NoTypeInformation -UseCulture
