Determine who and when a vmware scheduled task was setup

Hi Can someone please advise on how i determine who? and when? a Vcenter scheduled task was created.

Problem is its a power off of a VM . Not inside the windows guest OS. - shutdown unclean - No'one is owning up to setting up. Thanks

You would need to check the Events and Tasks, in vCenter Server. Select the Events and Tasks Tab, and check through the list.

Are you using vCenter Server?

You would need to check the vCenter database, to see in the event was recorded.

A Create Scheduled Task is reported in the Tasks list.
