combo box search not showing few records in access2010

I have a combo box to search records in a form. (below the code).
But it will not return some records. I can see that record in the combo box. When I select that record it will show "Not found"
But if I open the table I can see that record.
Your help appreciated to sort out this

Dim rs As DAO.Recordset
  If Not IsNull(Me.Combo144) Then
       ''Save before move.
       If Me.Dirty Then
          Me.Dirty = False
     End If
    Set rs = Me.RecordsetClone
   rs.FindFirst "[Sno] = " & Me.Combo144
  If rs.NoMatch Then
    MsgBox "Not found"
        Else
         Me.Bookmark = rs.Bookmark
       End If
       Set rs = Nothing

Then it seems like the rowsource for the combobox is not the same as the recordsource for the form (as is typically the case)

Open the Rowsouce of the combobox and the recordsource for the form at the same time and examine the differences.

Then decide which both should really be based on...
